I've stopped booking through Kayak (used to be my favorite), other OTAs, even many budget airlines, because it's simply not worth the post booking headaches.
- laundermaf 4y agoHotel searches on Kayak are pretty poor simply due to the fact that they somehow always show low-res images. I generally book on Agoda or search on Google Maps nowadays. Kayak is still my go-to for flights though.
