These initiatives saved the hotel industry during COVID when demand fell off a cliff. These hotels still had mortgages but no clients. State intervention saved the industry.
- WillPostForFood 4y agoThese initiatives saved the hotel industry This a massive overstatement. There are over 1,000 hotels in Los Angeles county, 35 participated in Project Roomkey. Hotels don't want to shelter homeless for obvious reasons.
