Yeah. It makes much more sense to me in jurisdictions that call that level of court a "superior" court instead. Calling any inferior court "The Supreme" court just seems absurd. I know, I know, the reason for smart people doing things that seem dumb now is always "learn the history", but still, it is just so strange.
