What do you mean by "anti-tipping" laws? You mean make it illegal to tip people?
- whyoh 4y agoYes, illegal or discouraged in some other way (taxed more heavily, for example), whatever works best. As the article points out, you can also push towards this by mandating higher minimum wages for people in this industry (currently they're very low), but I'm not convinced that's good enough.
