I'm not sure if this survey even has the support of the Emacs authors. There was a big controversy about collecting this data on their mailing lists about a year ago so I'd be careful about donating money to the anonymous person who's collecting data on Emacs users without the support of Emacs.

The survey links to donation pages for the FSF, org-mode, high-profile package authors, and separately the creator of the survey. They're not some sort of middle man for the payment.
