That's precisely why people are moving there. They're hoping to make a quick buck flipping flood destroyed homes to unsuspecting new residents moving in from out of state in 6 months when people forget about all of this.
- refurb 4y agoHow do you "make a quick buck" buying an empty lot, building a new house and selling it at market rates?
- a2tech 4y agoMost of these places won't be completely destroyed. The house will mostly be there so they'll do some cosmetic repairs, repair the most obvious damage, landscaping, and then try and sell it down the road.
