Not that I think all of these shitty actions companies do are good. But really people have only themselves to blame. They will consistently go for the lowest of the rung bottom dollar device. Essentially forcing a single company to this shit. Once the first company has started the other companies have to follow suit to not be outcompeted. It takes an incredible strong brand to not do it (Apple for example).
