Thanks. That's a helpful point. With startups, you take some risks and they don't pan out. I am still trying to figure out the best way to bring this in my profile/pitch/resume. I suspect that the Hiring Managers/HR in the US don't seem to be very pedantic about job-hopping in startup world if we're looking at the first 5-6 years. Europe is a lot more old-school in this sense.
