I realise it hasn't been popular, and I'm not the biggest fan either, but my point isn't about what's popular amongst open source developers. Also, if developers need to be convinced of the need for good design I think that's a good example of the problem right there.
- nknight 15y agoYou don't need to convince them of the need for good design, you need to convince them that what they're doing now isn't good design, and that they should do something different. I'm saying, citing the project they think is an example of bad design isn't going to help, your opinion will carry less weight.
