Bologna. Customers want to NEVER migrate to a new device if they don't have to. These low-end, piece-of-crap, plastic machines simply do not LAST more than a few years, before the hinge won't hold the screen up, or the keys start falling off, or the battery won't hold a change. My wife complained about the cost when I replaced a busted up Asus laptop with our first MacBook Air. The PC was $500, and lasted 4 years. The Air was $900 (refurb), and lasted 11. Our house is filled with Apple tech now.
