There is nothing inherently stopping Iran or North Korea to build a few dozen MIRV-capable missiles.
- chipsa 4y agoAside from the fact that releasing more than one thing from a space launch vehicle accurately is actually a fair hard thing to do. Which is why multiple satellite buses are considered dual use technology, and export of them is prohibited. Release of said tech to China back in the 90s is considered to be a large player in why they have MIRV ICBMs.
