If you can’t deliver results on time, you won’t have a job for long. ICs have more in common with factory workers, and others being paid piecemeal rates, than we do with CEOs and upper management. Being given the same expensive laptops and sharing meals in our fancy lunch rooms doesn’t make us equal in the eyes of the board.
