Back in the day at Kodak it was a common trick to give a bad employee a stellar review and put them up for internal transfer in the hopes that sone sucker would take the underperformer.
- chasd00 4y agoin the US bad teachers get managed the in a similar way. It's very hard to fire a teacher due to the union but you they can get moved around to different schools. They call it the "turkey shuffle".
