I'm also a bit scared. Sent mine in to Lenovo with an obvious hardware fault (rebooting randomly, happened under both Windows and Linux) explained to them. They reinstalled Windows and sent it back still broken. The second round I called in and got to talk to a guy who had no idea how they sent it back like that, who got it fixed, but sounds like the first attempt wasn't even the worst it could be.
