That is what home-schooling is, a personal private school. Whether the person doing the teaching is paid for it doesn't change that.

- cm2187 4y agoWell, that's my point, private tutors is effectively a private school. But the vast majority of families can't afford it (either cannot pay for a tutor or cannot afford not to have both parents working, when there are two parents). Remote learning is not though.
