I realize that not everyone is technically capable of doing this but my 3 suggestions are: 1. Wipe Windows and install Linux 2. Wipe Windows, download the Windows .iso image or buy media from Microsoft and install that so there is no extra crap 3. Buy a Mac I realize that it is ridiculous to buy a brand new windows PC and it is unusable and you have to do a bunch of stuff yourself to make it usable but that is the state of much of the PC industry. Vote with your wallet or find a technically capable friend to help.
