I’ll say first that I think it’s horrible that we have this problem at all. I wonder if a way to avoid traumatizing workers with entire videos would be to capture single frames from videos, and divide them across all the workers with them still rating the frame for content violations. Obviously, some frames would be worse than others to see, but I would have to imagine it would be drastically lower in terms of impact for each employee than watching video.
