- geraldwhen 4y agoEvery single workday for over a decade. Mac is never the issue. The butterfly keyboards were a disaster but I got those replaced with overnight shipping both ways.

As for hardware failures, again, good for you. Here it's more like 3-4 days before getting it fixed or replaced.
