Ancient DNA Reveals First Neanderthal Family 54,000 years ago in a Siberian cave
- ck2 4y agoYou know how covid was found to much more strongly affect people with certain Neanderthal DNA remnants? It makes me wonder if the mass-extinction event they constantly ponder from 40,000 years ago was some kind of highly contagious virus that other humans were far more immune resistant https://www.nhm.ac.uk/discover/who-were-the-neanderthals.html https://www.nhm.ac.uk/discover/who-were-the-neanderthals.htm...
