- mostertoaster 4y agoUltimately you know it’s like both things can be valuable. A bunch of 1-2 year stints might quickly help you identify the patterns if things they work well generally abd what doesn’t. Meanwhile a 5+ year stint will give insight into how a company maintains things and adapts and can also teach valuable lessons.
