I'm quite sure it is not "speech" in the sense they knew when freedom of speech laws were written.
- Turing_Machine 4y agoI'm quite sure that visual art has been recognized as having First Amendment coverage for well over a century.
- oriolid 4y agoI'm confused, was the discussion about software or visual art? Anyway, I'd recommend posting something considered criminally offensive in your location (I'm sure you can think of something) and seeing how far free speech gets you.
