Yes. It is disheartening, but also not surprising to see at this point in history. It would take me off guard if people weren't injecting californian morality into AI. A complete side note - but i've had an invasive thought lately that a lot of the heavy handed content/social media moderation and constant online culture war has nothing to do with sheltering _people_ from being exposed to non-PC thoughts and conversation, they are doing so to protect their AI models from being exposed to it via training data so the next generation of AI will have all the _right_ opinions and quips with a lot less of the manual labor of sifting through the data sets.
