- bell-cot 4y agoSo long as all the right congressional palms are greased, it will be unstoppable. At least from a taxpayer's point of view...
- sillywalk 4y agoYup. I believe this is called "Front-Loading". Hype the new tech, make an absurdly estimates on cost and time, and ensure as many congressional districts have sub-contracts as possible. Preferably start production before testing is completed, so there will be more $$ to refit the old models.
