Republican National Committee sues Google over email spam filters

  ... said filtering having been already lifted, voluntarily, I struggle to see what injunctive relief they feel they are due. The mails looked spammy: duck test! Performative law? I get that politicians worded stuff to make their bumf protected speech, so you can't complain to the FCC if they have you on speed dial for instance. I feel like US citizens have a suit seeking redress for spam being allowed through!
