This reminds me of the stat that is meant to guilt society into considering how horrible it is that 1 out of 4 homeless people is a woman. Or even better, the famous Hillary Clinton quote: "Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat."
