You have to wonder if people would even learn to drive manually in a world of driverless cars, maybe only a minority of enthusiasts would want to (cost/time concerns). Also, if some enthusiasts were perceived to be driving dangerously compared to the computer controlled cars, that all manually controlled cars might be banned.
