- nluken 4y agoYou've got the right idea. Large stadium bands are almost always a poor value proposition, and that was the case even before dynamic pricing. Some of these shows are definitely cool, but the price relative to smaller touring acts (who are often just as if not more talented) is so astronomical that it never made sense to me
- bsder 4y agoAbsolutely this. Hand $100 to a local band that isn't having anybody show up and they're going to treat you like a damn VIP. I find this whole kerfuffle especially ironic given that the band in question is Blink 182. Blink 182, a band absolutely known for treating their fans shittily and putting on shitty concerts, are being berated by fans because they treated the fans shittily. I can't wait for the complaints about the shitty concerts to start. Jeeze people. Take the hint and vote with your wallet.
