I have a couple of work relationships with people who don’t provide any verbal or physical cues that they’re listening and following what I’m saying. It makes having conversations with those folks incredibly difficult. It probably doesn’t help that we are having these conversations via Zoom, but I interact with other people via Zoom, and I don’t have this problem.
