Were you aware that the Tenderloin is, ya know, what it is, before you got an apartment there? It's been well known as the seediest part of the city for a century or more.
- devoutsalsa 4y agoI knew, yes. I was on a budget at the time. $1550 for a studio with no kitchen was the cheapest thing I could find on short notice that wasn’t too weird. It was a great location, and the was pretty cool, just a little shitty (pun intended).
