This is all fair. I genuinely didn’t know Apple developed LLVM, I knew they were heavily involved in early 00’s. Can’t believe I forgot Kubernetes & Angular.
Anyways it’s a hot take, you’re totally right.
- Kon-Peki 4y agoApple didn’t develop LLVM. It was a research project at the University of Illinois. Apple hired one of the lead developers and started the Clang project. Which is still a great contribution ;)
