I don't understand what we're supposed to be seeing here. If you do a google image search for "10 week fetus", you see something that looks quite different. Perhaps in these photos from the article the fetus was destroyed as part of the abortion. Similarly if I cut you into tiny pieces and put the pieces in a pile it wouldn't look much like you.
