It was not Lotus... but it was something else! Information structure was arbitrary. Lots of content migrated into it from old CEC sites without any pruning/management. Very sensitive to the timeouts of logon tokens. Very inconsistent at needing or not needing an employee VPN. BRRR. I am just getting grossed out thinking about it now.
