How much money will make you happy?

- coldtea 4y agoYes. There's real estate to keep or even increase their value over time and be thief-proof (and even generate some rent from just like 1M spent on 4-5 houses - local costs -, that's enough to live comfortably - local costs - ever after). There are no tornadoes in these here parts either. As for unexpected problems, there's nothing that can come that couldn't also come now when I don't have even 100K to throw at it, much less 3-4M. So there's that...
