So a symbol i.e. "DevOps" gets corrupted. What do you do? Make a new symbol, like the author is suggesting? Or try to reclaim the term? This happens time and again and I find the question fascinating. FWIW, "Platform Engineering" used to be something different than what the author is suggesting.
