There are literally teams of hundreds or thousands of people who, day in and day out, are spinning up bots in the desperate hope that one will get seen by an actual user, and every once in a while, they break through. On the other hand, if you say anything controversial to any audience, it's trivial to whip up a brigade of people to report the content, and when enough people report something, it's going to cause a suspension, at least temporarily, no matter how benign it is.
