Why would you ask HN this? HN is largely anti-crypto/web3 and very much rooted or invested/working in web2. No one knows what the future of NFTs in 10 years is, that's why their value, as a whole, is entirely speculative. Permissionless, global, composable technologies to enforce property rights for transferable tradeable digital assets are a no-brainer. They must become ubiquitous. But NFTs as they exist now probably won't resemble what they are 10 years from now. In that sense, NFTs have no future.
