Cloud that we have today makes sense for companies and businesses and is quite mature. But we are in the early days of the _Personal_ Cloud. For personal apps (Instagram, Photoshop, Health apps, Notes etc), a new kind of cloud needs to emerge - which should look a bit like solidproject.org, IPFS, Dropbox and OneDrive. Why not iCloud and OneDrive as they exist today? The problem is that sharing is very primitive and basic on those systems. There's no way for someone to build an Instagram or FaceBook on iCloud.
