Are you suggesting I change the title to be more specific to the type of hourly worker?
- yazzku 4y agoI think it would be more interesting if you elaborate on what specific middle-management tasks you think will be automated. You only touch on that very briefly. If the Roomba gets stuck nobody cares; if a bad decision is made that costs the company serious whompa$, somebody needs to be held accountable.

- KingOfCoders 4y agoYes. I coach CTOs and what they often miss is middle management. And I wondered how these tasks why CTOs need middle management could be replaced by AI - and I couldn't square those ideas.
