Senior Product Manager here - let me tell you it is a horrible job to do well and a constant battle (customer, politics, management, engineering, Ux, money etc) I believe more in the PM, UX Lead and Tech Lead trio and very good collaboration. All this « mini CEO » are clickbait articles - in the end a successful PM can lesd while getting constructive feedback and saying no when necessary. Unfortunately few organisations are willing to put the money into training product and product-mindset into an organisation which is one of the main reason for failure IMHO.
