- ocbyc 4y agoThat's why the externalities of CO2 management are too great for us to make a meaningful impact with legislation. We share an atmosphere with China, India, and everyone else. Game theory abounds.
- lupire 4y agoNot automatically. The fires might destroy the ecosystem. Forests don't grow back in a dessert, for example.
