I enjoy WFH, but I do wonder what that does to tech industry compensation over the long term. It's one barrier to companies just shopping the global market. There are other barriers, of course. But, whatever portion of us is employed by old stodgy companies seems more at risk now that most of them have figured out how to have productive WFH techies.
