>Sometimes when I write notes, just the action of writing them helps burn it into my memory a little I second this, but want to add that physically writing does more than digitally writing (typing, voice memos, etc) I also have a personal digital archive that I maintain of most of my public interactions online so that I can rapidly find things I said/saw before when they become appropriate again
