- totalZero 4y agoYou're assuming the recipient has a bank account. There are also rules that limit taxation on EBT.
- kwhitefoot 4y agoWhy don't they have a bank account? Here in the Nordic region pretty much everyone, more than 99.5%, has a current account. Why can't it be done in the US? And what does tax have to do with it?
