Do we care more about Van Gogh’s sunflowers than real ones?
- bell-cot 4y ago[Sigh] D*amn obvious that the schools are not teaching "how to become politically savvy, active, and actually affect government policy" these days. Or else those lessons are really are not taking. Or, maybe performative activism is just so fast/cheap/easy/rewarding, that ~zero young-ish "climate activists" want to be bothered with the slow, hard, uncertain grind of a strategy which might actually work?
