Ok then. How do you handle the expectations of customization to specific site/industry workflows? Can I set up a gantt chart in your system? Are delays modelled as standalone concepts or tied to trips/tasks, or both? How big can you scale before your system chokes up? Is there a distributed display option in vehicles so drivers can see/interact/manually report on progress or are the comms one way (cab to control room?)? Can you partition the fleet so multiple planners can plan out different sections of fleet in parallel? Can you nest tasks so they have subtasks, so you can vertically composite work into workflows organically? Do you tackle automation at all? How much? Is automatic generation of schedules based on some inputs something you're interested in? Logistics is a function of a need to move cargo, so stock level monitoring integration should ideally drive such a system. What is your reporting solution? PowerBI? In-house? Other third party?
