How about only those making existing viruses more contagious and deadly?
- mise_en_place 4y agoThe proverbial genie is out of the bottle I think. Anyone with a high school chemistry set can engage in these same types of experiments. There are even tutorials for biohacking w/ CRISPR on YouTube.
