To me, this Metaverse is simply a bad joke. What did we witness a couple of days ago: added legs and jumping people in cyberspace. Reality? You sit there and have a device strapped to your head for hours. This "Get immobile in the real world and mobile in the Metaverse" does not make sense to me. Also cultural questions: How about these avatars? Are they really diverse? Some of my colleagues do not look like models, however everyone in the MV does. In short: duplicating real life without having any factual real life benefits is not appealing. If you ask people what they do during phone calls, many will answer walking around. Does MV consider this? Does control your movement? I don't want it.
