Have a look at: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/requestpolicy https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/requestpolicy It breaks a lot of sites at first but once you've used it for a while, allowing connections to CDN's and such, it isn't that bad. It's probably a case of paranoia, but now I feel "exposed" without it.
