Does the Apple Pencil still have the bug where if you store it near an iPad the battery drains and can even die permanently? All because form over function and there's no off switch.
- JKCalhoun 4y agoI have three dead Apple Pencils that, I guess, died because I let them sit in a drawer for a year or so. Use them or lose them? I suppose there's no reason at this point not to try opening one up and have a go at replacing the battery.
- pomatic 4y agoI misplaced an apple pencil recently. The $30 amazon "replacement" was perfectly serviceable and I no longer had to worry about losing it... (The original turned up a few weeks later - down the wife's side of the sofa :-)
