- vultour 4y agoThis is how it works in large corporations with a mandated 360-review process. Hell, my old boss told me to put in a bunch of "goals" I have already achieved/delivered in the current year to make it even easier.
- achenet 4y agoif you're going for VC funding, it's more 1. Make (semi-)BS metrics/goals 2. Achieve them 3. ??? 4. More funding!
